The Company’s development properties are the Revenue-Virginius mine (the Revenue-Virginius mine or Ouray), located in Ouray Colorado and held through the Company’s 100% owned United States subsidiary, Ouray Silver Mines, Inc. (OSMI) and the Shafter silver property (the Shafter Silver Project or Shafter), located in Presidio County, Texas and held Aurcana Silver Corporation. The Revenue-Virginius mine is located in southwestern Colorado about 5.5 miles southwest of the town of Ouray. Access to the mine site is via County Road 361. The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

Holy cr$@!    Wesmile!   Excellent point that totally escaped me the past couple days ....  at this rate, all they would have to spend is 100 million and they would significantly reduce share count.   Too bad it won't happen, even though management has the option to not follow thru with the 8:1 as that was part of the fine print.

Imagine if they sold some notes to be paid back over 5 years with revenue and then used 150 million to cut the share count in half.   . .    aaaahhhh dare to dream, dare to dream

I'm gonna write AUN and remind Lenic how much his options would be worth in that scenario.  I wonder how many shares they would be able to grab before the market dried up.
