Crazyanalyst it is quite simple.  The decision of project financing, a rework of the framework agreement and a signing of the JV are all inter-twined and in my opinion very close to being finalized.  When I mean finalized, I mean a final decision-yes or no.  It is very simple.  There are no more options on the table and the plan of RB and the entire Melville peninsula have been in discussion for quite some time.  If AXI cannot get Xinxing to sign this deal, then do you actually think RB PLC can actually get it done. Put it this way, we don't have 6 months to wait for a JV to be signed.
