There is a difference between percieved or unsubstantiated fear....and reality fear.    It's like paranoia...you are not paronoid if the threat is real.    You combine the overall market downturn and the information about the pipeline being down and the renegotiations with the locals on the new pipeline...no wonder the sp was down big.   But like everything else once the shock is over people start to remember that Mart still has a huge amount of oil.   Then it can start to appear to be an overblown correction.  Issues can normally be fixed as I fully expect this one to be fixed.    It's happened before...it will happen again.   I view this as an exceptional opportunity to buy more...cheap.  The good thing is that most people remember how much oil we have....they remember that it is still there...and they remember that once it gets flowing again things will be great again.   It will be even better when the amount of oil going to market is multiples of what it is today.  

The market is all about the future prospects.   You can't wait till the multiples of oil are flowing and then decide to jump in for your double, triple, or whatever.    It's too late by then.
