The fear is not so much about RPL's production rate, but about the prices Canadian producers will receive for their gas and oil. We're about to lose a huge gas market to eastern Canada. Keystone approval will be contingent on a load of taxes being imposed on producers. How will these factors affect profitability. Smart investors might want to invest a little in education.
