Puda Coal Inc PUDA

Puda Coal, Inc. (Puda) is a supplier of high-grade metallurgical coking coal to the industrial sector in the People’s Republic of China (the PRC or China). Its processed coking coal is primarily purchased by coke and steel producers for the purpose of making the coke required for the steel manufacturing process. Puda’s operations are conducted by Shanxi Puda Coal Group Co., Ltd (Shanxi Coal), which it controls through 90% indirect equity ownership. Puda cleans raw coking coal sourced from third-party coal mines primarily located in Liulin County, Shanxi Province, and markets the cleaned, coking coal to coke and steel makers. Its primary geographic markets include Shanxi Province, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Hebei Province, Beijing and Tianjin, China. It purchases raw coal from a diversified pool of local coal mines in Shanxi Province.

RE: RE: Coal Barron's....How they do it.....

It's been difficult to read the trade recently....Most of the week it has been simple manipulative trades at lowball numbers to draw sellers. Someone is trying to buy at 1cent and under hoping to sell for 2 cents..

More shares traded today then have traded in weeks, however it was still only a few dollars worth and no worth commenting on.

Those still holding, like myself are not willing to sell it at a penny or even two....I quit thinking of selling a long time ago and I want to just let it playout. I believe we have at least one person trying to bump the price to enable them to pare down a position, but they are not having any luck....lol

The SEC is probably being pressured to act and issue a OIP.....usually 60-90 days later you get a action to kill the stock to protect shareholders. But with the price at 1 cent or so, that pressure has to be greatly diminished over the past 4 weeks...

There is a big meeting (closed door) at the SEC on Thursday. It is at these meeting that they discuss these decisions. I am hopeful that the PUDA revocation process is put off for a few more months...If not, I won't have much more to say on this board.

But thanks for the good words.....I appreciate it...

Mike
