You have to wonder if Mr. Mello, having lost a little face, is choreographing this - what are the chances they finish up HRT-11 by April 20something, and after a few days with the Brazilian bureaucrats, make an announcement just before the April 29th shareholders meeting.  Quite a coup I would say!
