Note that unforunately LSG - along with the other low-grade producers - is noted in a recent RBC piece as one of the companies most likely to be under distress as a rest of falling gold prices. The piece made no commentary on management or operations, simply reviewed grades and margins and came up with 8 names most likely to be in jeopardy in a falling gold price environment. Cheaper or not there arguement would be likely to get cheaper.
