Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

mjaArizona, several months ago I believe it was you, that you posted an interesting opinion concerning the outcome of PCY selling its interest as the ead developer of the 600 MW Power Plant to a large more financially able company, assuming we couldn't afford the financial obligations required to place the initial 600MW Plant in production.

If such such a sale occurred what do you think PCY could get for its past efforts to put the Chandgana on line.

If such occurred do you feel we'd still keep interests in the development other 600 MW Plants?

Considering such a situation developed do you feel that PCY would remain the coal supplier?
