Nick has been fairly good to work with so far, other than the obvious - nothing has become reality yet. I do believe he has been putting in a legitimate effort to facilitate a financing of some form and the mention that was made regarding a potential North American addition came thru his efforts. The hiccup is I have no idea "yet' what that N.A. opportunity really is, so I can't comment on the pros and cons.

There is an issue though; Nick has been around for about a year, but has been in a role of theoretically greater influence for only a short period of time and is still seen as being connected at the hip to Gary and the board; he is making an effort to create a certain level of separation there to show that he has the ability to make something happen, but he will not receive much in the way of kudos for that until the results are there as well, because we all know that it is easy to say you doing a bunch, but until it shows up as useful and concrete results, it's just talk, no matter how work went into it.

Nick is supposed to be coming back to N.A. almost any day and I am hoping to get a fair bit more feedback once he does. I have a number of questions outstanding that I am looking for answers to.
