J'ai déjà eu un hypothèque légal sur ma maison.... Pour des impôt du.... C'est un outil legal comme vous dite pour négociation.... Ça enlève rien a rien.... Venant de Gastier c'est juste normal.... Le contraire aurait été surprenant.... Dommage que c'est juste des italien qui ont des compagnie en construction... Si Ort aurait fait affaire avec un contracteur Ontarien ou au États cela aurait été sûrement plus clean mais ça aurait fait une guerre avec nos prestigieux syndicat Québécois....
