I know I will be exiting when Mr Klein makes his exit, whether it's a sale of the company or not. 

However, typically a potential aquirer does the opposite..... they would tell C-Com to hold off on collecting the receivables and pay off the account payables so that once the acquisition is completed, the acquirer will get the nice surge in FCF.  Anyone with an accounting background would understand the surge is temporary, however it makes a good first impression on new shareholders. 

I do agree that this will probably end with a take out at some point.
