34% increase in salaries and wages!!!!  What are they paying these people?!?!   From the 2012 Management information circular it doesn't seem to be going into the pockets of the suits.

 

Not to demean the nature of the business or those who have choose this as a career, but how much do you need to pay someone to pour hot water into a cup?
