Evidently there are still sellers out there...

Evidently there are still sellers out there...

Stock opened up nicely and then flat lined for the day up about 4 cents on average. Then of course as the TSX rallied strongly this afternoon, Ithaca not only did not participate but got sold down. There are holders willing to part with over a million shares today at a pathetic price of $1.63-$1.66. Very frustrating. The acquisition closed but the buyers did not show up today and sellers would not let the stock appreciate. Can't see shorting at this point and the theory of some for the depressed share price was the arbitrage opportunity but there did not appear to be much short covering occurring today. Even though crude was up today, the oil sectors generally were flat to down. All of my oils were either down or flattish. Just how unloved can a sector get?
