the merger is o.k. except LFD is not on equal terms with Urthecast, LFD is on the losing side. It is fairer if both companys are on equal bases. Just compare the assets of both companys and you know what I mean. They still have to seek the yes votes from shareholders of LFD. I hope everyone will vote no. Shareholders, that is the only way to get a better deal. If not you will see your equity is diluting to nothing.
