Grades etc....

Grades etc....

all very important! However in todays market, the question that needs to be asked is "Does the company have any money". I just don't mean money for drilling and exploration. I mean, money to pay salaries, the electric bill and office rent!

At PDAC this year, I had the chance to speak with a number of exploration companies. The conversations were candid and sometimes brutal in nature. The common theme was, if the did not obtain money, their claims would have to be sold or merged with another company.

ME is in fortunate position to be in the middle of a $10,000,000.00 drilling campaign. The 50,000 meters of drill cores, will allow the company to improve the quality and quantity of their already 4.3 million oz. PEA.

As I type, gold has broken the $1450/oz mark. Could be a good day for juniors if $1450 holds. The COMEX and the GLD continue to be drained on a daily basis.

Best of luck

Kapboy
