RE: Getting close to 50 day ma

But I do get it. Argex is a small company where only a small handful of people need to approve any deal and it can be done very quickly once all the terms are settled. PPG is a giant conglomerate with many layers of management and many hands that a any proposed deal has to pass through on it's way up the ladder to whatever God(s) have to give final blessing. Thus, once the terms and conditions are finalized by the negotiators, the time it takes for approval is out of Argex's hands.  It is solely determined by the PPG bureaucracy. In this regard they are the elephant in the room.

If you are referring to other elephants which may be present throughout the negotiating process on various issues, well, that's not what I was referring to.
