This is the response I got from MNR. Knock yourselves out. I own more KWG shares then all of you combined.

Cliffs Natural Resources is currently in the midst of conducting an environmental assessment for the Cliffs Chromite Project under Ontario's Environmental Assessment Act. The proposed road to the proposed mine site is part of this environmental assessment. An approval of the environmental assessment by the Ministry of the Environment is required before MNR can make a decision on an easement application.

Cliffs has prepared a draft Terms of Reference for the environmental assessment which includes a projected timeline for the project.  You are encouraged to review the Terms of Reference on the Cliffs website at Cliffsnaturalresources.com to obtain more information on Cliffs' anticipated timelines for the project.

Yours truly,
