Proxy decision

Here is what I will base my proxy decision on:

 

Which group has a better plan for the VMC. Which will be willing to cut it loose even at a substantial loss? If G/W group says it will be sold as soon as GMP is in place, they will likely get my voting shares. If somehow Graeme gets a subsidy or finds a huge third party manufacturing contract that more than covers the 700k burn, I may consider staying on board. Lots else would have to change for me to stay with status quo. Not just the VMC. But the VMC's future is paramount to my decision making process.
