YOu beat me to it.  The PDF attached has specific insider buying for the various companies in terms of cash amount and number of shares purchased.  Volta is in line with other junior stocks its size for insider buying if you need to compare.  Here are the stats for last sixty days for cash value of insider buying and number of shares:
