No suprises other than a loss now showing in the 4th quarter.  Looks like they closed the Bioteq lawsuit in the 4th by paying the 1,300,000 owed which changed it to a loss..Glad that albatross is finally off the books...although throughout the MD&A there are a number of references to payments stilled owed in the old settlement but from what I read they decided to settle it in December (Can someone confirm that please?)

We made money for our first year of commercial production yet we have a market cap in the 7mill to 10 million range..Explorico's and projects that can't produce profitably are at our market cap...

Management needs to earn some respect..
