It's a least ridiculous the guy who foretold a bankruptcy a couple of days before the offer, which drove the stock 130% up, to call others fools. 

There is some fools though, the guys who listen him and sold before the offer.

Nonetheless, puntabeach guy is right when he's saying that the offering price is too low. I see no reason at the moment to sell, we have 30 cents on hand and a better offer is not unlikely in the near future.
