This is what's up.... I've said it before and will say it again : until cliffs does its ea the mining commissioner or MNR will not make easement decision. Everybody get cracking and let's find out how far along cliffs is with this. I've emailed Bruce and asked him to speak directly with the ministry to clarify the procedure. Still waiting for response, the longer I wait, the more I'm inclined to believe the ea process clearly hasn't been done. My belief is that cliffs knows this and is gonna wind it out as long as possible to try and starve KWG. Cash is king...
