I would argue the longer TLC goes without some type of major funding (ie. sale of land for multiple millions (not a couple hundred thousand) or a JV or a PP the worse it is for TLC as where's the catalyst for potential buyers????

Until this funding issue is solved the company is going nowhere IMO. As you've mentioned there's a few options to get the funds but personally I see a PP coming in the next several months.

Time will tell.
