So, being bored, and wanting to see if some idiot was indeed manipulatinig the stock  price, I bought a small bunch at the ask.  Within 5 minutes of execution someone else sold a very small quantity of shares at a low limit price and managed to actually get it to execute UNDER the bid.

 

Someone is indeed dinking the price trying to get people to dump.
