A strong suggestion to this board  - Frankman poster says show proof of blackout. Anyone truly within the investment community and compliance knows companies have regular blackout periods around news events, quarterly releases, etc and never ever have to or choose to make that public news since its part of day to day business. If Frankman actually owned a brokerage business I pity his previous clientele.
