I feel your pain Uptowndog1! It's amazing how the companies calculate their NAV and then their stock tanks to 1/5 of the value! There us no incentive for management to put out good news... The longer this hovers at the prices, the more they will make on their stock options! They need at least a couple of quarters to get in at these lower levels which makes me feel that nothing is going to press forward until the end if the year at least!!
