Here is what makes me think they are in a rush: They are willing to consider selling the whole business or willing to consider any offer for some assets. From my exposure to marketing oil and gas asset sale you lose leverage when you say that. Even worse, it is certainly not a seller's market right now. Again, they have very attractive valuation and growth potential. In my humble opinion, they should spend some time developing the assets and they will probably get much better bids than putting themselves up for sale this quickly ...  again, my opinion
