I Could Be Convinced

I Could Be Convinced

Yes I could be convinced to vote for the Current Board of Directors, if:

  • the BCSC was invited to investigate the management decisions (including funding arrangements) of the company over the last decade, and especially the last few years.
  • There are no guarantees of immunity and all people connected with the company are considered game. (Christian would be included as a person of interest as any other Director or employee).
  • An AGM is called within the next week to 10 days - further delay simply raises warning flags and questionable intent.
  • Funding is obtained to complete a full 43-101 drilling program this year and without giving away the farm (P.O. type funding is no longer acceptable, nor the innappropriate split between drilling and administative funding)
  • That drilling to be arranged immediately after the announcement of funding.
  • That Don Wilson not be a part of the Board and be dropped completely (too close of ties to PO).
  • That Patrick O'Brien not be allowed to participate in the funding or any other capacity.
  • That Adrian be appointed as a Director along with his nominees.
  • Oh yes!  Then there is that expression of good faith and committment to the common shareholders of purchasing the number of shares outlined in a previous message.  It's all about integrity.
