RE: RE: RE: Summary Compensation 2012 Information

I think James stuck his head in a blender and then turned it on. It muddles his thoughts. First of all Tom Parker retired well before this takeover happened. To me that is an indicator that he simply wants to retire. So give it up. And we have to keep in mind that those options that the blended one ranted about are priced well above today's market price. The lowest option to Blasutti is priced at $1.82 and expires in December 2015.

Now I personally would prefer those options expire well into the money.

I get suspicious of the motives of people like the muddled one. He seems to see nothing good about management at all. There are very many mining companies out there. When I lose total faith in a mining company I sell and move on. When I see someone devoting so much time to bashing the company I have to question their motives and their life choices. If you have a dog you sell and move on. How complicated is that?

Now, I have stated numerous times that I was not pleased with the results of the merger. Assetwise, all USA shareholders got was a money bleeder in exchange for 30% dilution. I wished I would have sold more to the Hecla offer but that is water under the bridge. What we have now is a management team that has big plans for USA and so far it is too early to tell for the Idaho operation. The production numbers at Galena are trending higher but the costs are not coming down yet. If Blasutti can get the costs per oz down substantially, we will be in good shape to weather this downturn. If not, and if it is a long downturn, then the next management team will be appointed by the bankruptcy judge. We are not in dire straits financewise but we are getting there.

What I am planning to do is sit on my shares while we weather this storm in the precious metals market. Hopefully, a rising tide will raise all boats. During that time I will get a chance to see if management is doing anything effective to make this operation an attractive investment. If not I will sell and move on. In the meantime I was thinking of setting up a dating service to try to match up Jamesblender with Peruchcanuck. They both seem to post the same type of material so maybe there is a match there.
