I think that what the problem here is that when you get spammers hitting the entire SH bullboards with MBI and its potential, which IMO isn't what everyone is making it out to be, then investors should have some doubt as to the real reason why this stock has moved.

 

The company already issued that there is nothing material, and there isn't.  They've already stated that commericalization will begin with CLIA-Lab testing mid-2013.

 

Insurance companies don't just sign up within a month or 2, but with hundreds if not 1000's of CLIA Lab tests and data configured. 

 

If all goes well, MBI will get a small piece of the pie in royalty payments, which is good, but not what it could've been 4 years ago. 

 

IMO, if all goes well, maybe by year end, or early 2014 Precision may get a US Insurance company to sign on, if not, then that's a small risk Precision is paying, IMO.
