BCSC Response & Lack of Info From BGM...

BCSC Response & Lack of Info From BGM...

Well, at first I thought what's going on here, the BCSC is telling us to call BGM if we want information regarding the BCSC concerns of the report, and yet another response by the BCSC says that BGM cannot comment on material contained in the draft 43-101 until it is compliant.

So, what exactly can BGM tell shareholders regarding the report?  Seems absolutely nothing except that there are 3 independent firms working on the report and it still has not been accepted by the BCSC as compliant.

At first I thought BGM would be allowed to discuss resource numbers as they were when we were trading and prior to filing the now unaccepted report on Sedar, but that simply isn`t the case, and I now realize that we won`t know the numbers until they are accepted by the BCSC.

This IMO, is a positive, and shows that with 3 independent firms working on the report, it will eventually be accepted by the BCSC.  Don`t know when, but BGM will have a compliant report, and hopefully the numbers will be decent.

Seeing the time taken for the last response to BCSC concerns, I wouldn't expect anything until the end of this month or early June.  JMO

FWIW, I got the same response from the BCSC as CWells.  atb
