RE: Controlling the shares

RE: Controlling the shares

Guilty as charged but its fun and for the most part the detractors are known cyber bullies with multiple aliases and a ton of ignores on their profiles. To matters at hand Jeff Young is long TBE so is Bill Bonner so is Gord Currie so is Michael Decter and many others. I think this management team can execute but objectivly thinking this whole story has kind of gone askew since the guys at Sprott goosed the issue up to $3 (per Rick Rule) and then sold out the day the Waseca deal closed. Since then production has gone from 19,200 boe/d to 17,200 boe/d, Q1 TBE reported a $30 million loss the differentials despite narrowing have not invited much buying in the isse and per the Daily Oil Patch Bulletin TBE is really not aggressive with the drill bit or on the M&A front. I guess you can put on your skirt, waive the pom poms and be a cheerleader pumper but some perspective and balance helps. Do yourself a favor...exert your own opinion, if you disagree with mine refute it with intelligent analysis. I guess you can name call and finger point and lecture the counter intuitive but none of that improves the share price...it is $2.23 a share. Will it go up or down? Lots of smart people like the issue but right now the bias is negative. If it were positive the sentiment and the share price would be moving in the other direction.
