We will see if it is good or bad.  But I think it is usually bad if a major director (by reputation) leaves a company.  I would rather keep him on board.  We don't know why he actually left - perhaps he wanted more shares at a cheaper price and Brian K would not give it to him... I am just speculating.  We don't exactly know why eventhough the NR says he wants to focus on other interest.  Something happened behind the scene that we're not told about.
