In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. Nice to hear the analysts all concur that PTA has the potential to be at least $.45 yet we struggle to break $.30.

This week i was and still am optomistic an announcement  will be made on the new production facility. The First Energy Global Energy Conference would be a wonderful place to make that announcement but yesterday I felt it was an opportunity lost when Wayne Foo both on BNN and in his presentation at the conference failed to mention the facility whatsoever.

 The other puzzling thing is in his presentation he mentioned the Parex production #'s. They do not seem to reflect what most of us are hoping for which is an increase at LM from 10,000 BOPD to 15,000 BOPD. Possibly they will not be increasing the production when the facility opens.
