A small heavy oil concern would sell for about $30 K per flowing boe including debt. In PXL.V's case you have 2600 boe/d production that would fetch $78 million. They have 69 million fully diluted shares out and $42 million of debt. If they sold for .50 a share that would be $34.5 million plus assumption of the $42 million of debt equals $76.50 million. PXL.V can only hope to amalgamate into a larger entity. They trade currently at a fair valuation. That's reality. Ignore those who can't explain the situation.
