One "supposed" smart person..

On this site continues to post regarding this and another company being over 100% payout ratio inclusive of  div + capex....I challenge this know it all to supply me with ONE major O&G producer that is NOT over 100% in payout ratio between the combination of dividends paid out + capex.....
