Movies First of all there appears to be a legal issue with a recent posting of a person's contact with the law. Secondly, what offence was committed that would concern shareholders? Traffic offences are serious, but not ones that would suggest a person is the number one criminal.
In terms of home movies, one has to ask why anyone would be slinking around with a camera at night in the first place. If I was resigning from a company, and wanted to take my personal belongings home, and was at odds with my supervisor I don't think I would be clearing my desk in front of his nose. The question I guess is, if this allegation were to be true, is what was in those boxes? If it was personal belongings, there is no issue. If it included evidence that there was some wrong doing, well that is another story isn't it. The fact is, if there is a case of stealing something for personal gain, why in the "H" wouldn't the police be called in immediately? I wonder whether the articles included copies of work he completed and could arguably be entitled to.
The other point I would like to make or question, is Adriaan's knife so dull that he would risk stealing something that could result in him losing his freedom, and turn around and want to be the CEO?
I am still wondering why Christian is the only remaining soldier, while his peers abandoned him? Why would Patrick resign, when supposedly a staff acted unlawfully? These are important questions. There are some serious accusations out there. I would welcome the BCSC to straighten this matter out on behalf of us shareholders.
