If they can't put together something in 8 months, or at the very least announce their intentions, then I'm not sure this management will do much with th3 $3.5 million in cash besides pay Admin costs and maybe invest it like they have with NOR.
Maybe that's why the dissidents sold their shares for $0.225 which is quite a discount to cash value?
I only have a small amount of shares here, so not much to lose if they don't put together a business plan anytime soon. Also removed my stink bid, as I'm not convinced of their plans moving forward. JMO
Not much in the way of market depth either way, so you never know which way this is heading. atb
