I received mine on Friday... I have always received my paperwork well after the vote.  HRT as well as UNX have never, ever sent the documents on time.  It is a croc of SHEET... There should be a group lawsuit put against them, as there seems to be something going on behind the scenes.  People are dropping like flies, and us the Shareholders are not being given what by law is required.  Terrible management from top to bottom, I don't care what people say about who is working for them and their past may be, what is important is what they have done since part of UNX/HRT and that is NOTHING to benefit or to look out for the common Shareholder. ~~ And that is a FACT
