last post ever I cant understand if Fredy is smart or not, he is taking assets right under our noses but unless someone stops him or complains - he will be succesful.
We need to stop this guy and all the board members even the ones who resigned - the resignations were way too late. I am pretty sure that banruptcy or receivership does not get the directors and Fredy included off the hook for source deductions.
I also think that the board needs to be sued they have insurance and in my opinion they have liability - there never ever was a personal guarantee - the guy they hired for CEO was never researched -
Sig for you this was a lot your doing as much as anyones, you now need to fight to make it right its your legacy and reputation - show me that you were not compliant - file charges -if you do nothing then you are nothing.
LJ and DS you guys quit - but its like the captain of the Concordia who claims to have tripped and fell into the life boat - that story did not wash and neither will yours. My advice you guys need to show us investors that something more was afoot that made you abandon the UPS ship- ignornace is no defence - you need to get Fredy and who ever else Charged
us little guys dont want to spend any more money but we can at least get some peace if pain is leveled on the bad guys.
lastly LC great to see you on our side its never too late to change your mind
this is my last post and all I can do is cry in my beer and vow once again never ever ever to invest in TSX company its a bush league exchange.
