Maybe an insider recognizes that Q2 might not be the train wreck that Q1 was but for most we all assume that with spring break up that production is now under 17,000 boe and without any activity via licences on the Daily Oil Patch Bulletin we conclude that TBE either can't commit any additional capex to increase production or another blind sided surprise (high cost of diluent?, frozen wells?, dry holes ala an 89% success rate? etc) is constraining the shares.Is there any positive news on the horizon?
