Reff, it is indeed "yikes" and the state things are in at present simply aren't good. A financing will help and the projects warrant financing and continued work. The "way" the company is being managed HAS TO CHANGE. Better fiscal control, better transparency and better communication with the investor.

I am making no promise that a financing will close, simply suggesting that it sounds like there is a group willing and able to proceed with a financing effort. I have been very up front in my opinion that nothing is done without official announcement of same.

It has been many years - too many years - but this situation is far worse than any prior and is the only instance I can recall for which there has simply been no good reason for.
