June 3, 2013:  The divi announcement should be this week or early next week.  I requires a Board vote and that can be done by phone.  I do not see any issue.    Cash flow is OK, credit line was not touched.  Not much expenses since we are still waiting for the Nigerian Petroleum Agency to approve drilling on 11. It is an environmental approval believe it or not.  !!   Cheers.

 

Sure wish I understood the rationale behind waiting until the last possible minute to announce.
