"I`m going with joelou on the Marginal field acquisition"    Just to make things clear.  Mart cannot acquire a marginal field.  Mart is not an indigenous company.  Mart can partner with an indigenous company and they receive a portion of the reserves against risk drilling.   The last communication from the oil minister is that they will have a new marginal field in the next 2 months and this time they mean it.
