It is not warm bodies that count but votes, one person voting 1M shares equals 50 DimSums and Graeme has

40 M shares out of the gate by my calculations, without us so say splitting the board 50/50 say 45M vs 6M the 5M BB or 11M

with 50M up for grabs so say 40% pro Graeme and 60% against so Graeme ends up with 65M and GW 40M as my SWAG.

We shall see what transpires
