but EEN is the purchaser, not the seller?  $122million acquistion of San Antonio International Oil & Gas Services.  Taking on debt and Preferred Equity to pay....NO DILUTION!!!.  Interesting...but want to know revenues and profitability of San Antonio before giving opinion.
