Isn't it more like $6M? This is actually a good outcome for a company that raised this all on their own.  $6 is plenty to order initial units for the 6,600 unit deployment.  Also provides some capital for larger orders that may or may not be coming?  Depends on what you believe on this message board.  

I am happy with this outcome.  Less dilution and now they can focus on closing new deals without being capital constrained.  Stock SHOULD go higher on this news.
