It is true that it had been closing at .25, however, intraday it had tested .23 twice at least.  I know in April it had bounced of it twice.  If you look at a candle stick chart it will show you the bottom tale hitting .23. It could go try .20 that would be the next leg down, however, it has a a lot of support in around .23  in Novemeber it broke out at .23.  The trend is down since the end of January that is clear so we need a trend reversal to be known and clear before you get new money coming into the name.  I would have to look closer at the El edon/ porton blocks to figure out what you are looking at Constructive.  I expect that exit production to be in line with the companies expectations between 6,000-7,000 per day.  Still really awesome net backs over $70 per barrel.  I think the two new fields La Casona and I think it is Curiea (SP)  are very interesting, Petroamerica really does need to get meaningfull production from another field or two..  Just my opinion here but if you get a chance to add under .23 I think you will do well be year end, cheers Matthew
