Realistically, all things considered, chances are very good settlements will be reached.

The pre-trial conference next week will spill all the beans IMO.

Any news in Wi-LAN's favor will quickly propel the stock higher.

If the Defendants are brazen enough to go to trial and the court makes some controversial landmark decision, it's highly unlikely they will come out of it Scott-Free.  I even would suggest that it could easily backfire on them.

It won't be long now before we find out.
