RE: RE: RE: Stock Options Granted
RE: RE: RE: Stock Options Granted Dibah, I researched Dr. Fradet's stock options history in Sedi and could not find options expiring at 40 cents. I went back to 1995. I found the following regarding replacing 250,000 expiring options:
- 1996-Nov 250,000 options opening balance [exercise price not disclosed]
- 2010-Apr (100,000) options expired [exercies price $3.50]
- 2012-Jan (100,000) options expired [exercise price $1.34]
- 2013-Apr (50,000) options expired [exercise price $0.37]
- 2013-Jun 250,000 options granted [exercise price $0.25]
The only other expiry he had since opening the Sedi account in 1996 was 100,000 options [exercise price $1.23] granted in 2010-Apr and expired in 2012-Dec.
Dr. Fradet therefore holds the following unexpired options:
- 51,306 options @ $2.68 (expires 2014-Apr)
- 20,000 options @ $1.80 (expires 2017-Dec)
- 20,000 options @ $0.62 (expires 2019-Jan)
- 200,000 options @ $1.23 (expires 2020-Mar)
- 20,000 options @ $1.16 (expires 2020-Oct)
- 40,000 options @ $0.82 (expires 2021-Oct)
- 250,000 options @ $0.25 (expires 2023-Jun)
Also, I don't think insider transactions are ever reported in Sedar, unless the company issues a press release to announce them. You have to go to Sedi. All other websites are data extractions from Sedi.
